Hooklift frame

With Mählers’ latest innovation, the Blazer hooklift frame, it’s possible to quickly switch the truck from one task to another. Blazer is intended for road snow clearance, and the hooklift frame comes with a standard lift-and-lower front-mounted side plow bracket.

The hooklift frame enables carrying various loads such as a flatbed, salt spreader, or other equipment, with the option to attach any desired side plow on the side. Depending on the plow used, different functions and equipment will be available.

For the rear sliding boom, a standard Mählers Sliding Boom US-84 or Mählers Sliding Boom XF-06 is used. The maximum working width from the vehicle’s side is 3.6 m.

Other standard equipment includes support legs for stabilizing.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

The vehicle should be intended for road plowing and equipped with a hooklift with crane sockets, and the hooklift should be at least 6 m long to accommodate the side plow.

WARNING

Check the height of the equipment package in driving position after installation. The recommended maximum frame height is 1100 mm to pass viaducts over 4.0 m.
