Snow and Gravel Guard

Mählers snow and gravel guard increases significantly the range of use of the grader.

When clearing snow at road crossings and entrances the snow/gravel guard is lowered, subsequently avoiding a duplication of work with snow strands and unnecessary repetition. For gravel grading the driver can “carry” the material to where it is needed and it doesn’t “spill” away from the grader blade causing unnecessary material waste.

The mechanical spring loading means that the snow/gravel guard raises if an obstacle is hit.

In other words a simple, practical and economic accessory.

NB! Double-action hydraulic function is required.
