Mählers launches a new website with an improved customer focus
Mählers, the market-leading plough manufacturer in the Nordic region, launches a new website. The new website contains an expanded range of products for professional road maintenance as well as spare parts lists for both current and discontinued products. The site is adapted for all types of devices from smartphones to tablets, and desktop computers, which means that the user experience has been significantly enhanced compared to the previous website format.
The Swedish plough manufacturer Mählers has been making products for professional road maintenance that are used all year round for more than 100 years. Innovation and development are in Mählers DNA and with the customers needs in focus, a new website has been launched that offers users an improved experience.
– Our website plays a central part in the communication with customers. Therefore, it is gratifying that we have now launched a new website that makes it easier for customers and other visitors to find the information they are looking for. We always have the end-customer in mind and with the new website we want to create as good a user experience as possible for them, says Roar Wehn, Sales and Marketing Manager at Mählers.
A simplified user experience where sustainability gets more focus
The website has been given an updated design along with a simplified navigation and layout. The visitor can now easily follow the latest news and view the entire range of Mähler’s robust, flexible and reliable products designed for professional road maintenance. For service partners and customers who undertake the servicing and repairs themselves, there are spare parts lists documenting both current and expired products.
Sustainability is important to Mählers, so the website offers visitors a secondhand section, where you can buy used demo products, exhibition products and discontinued components.
– It is quite common for buyers to search for lightly or seldom used products, but it also feels good to be able to offer discontinued components that otherwise may have ended up in metal recycling”, says Roar Wehn.
In addition to the updated design and easier navigation, Mählers has focused on making the newly responsive website an even better user experience, as it is now adapted for any device.
