HB3C | HB5C

Mähler’s grader blades have shallow installation dimensions and high ground clearance in transport mode They are not only easy to attach, but can also be installed on short-wheelbase vehicles fitted with retarders. The HB3C is fixed and the HB5C is rotatable.
Improvements to the grader blade
• The HB5C has double rotation cylinders for even/constant force distribution during rotation to right or left.
• Tilt function with adjustable contact pressure as standard.
• Can be installed on short-wheelbase vehicles fitted with retarders.
• Hydraulics have pilot-controlled check valves on grader blade extension function.
• Shock valves protect the grader blade from overload.
• HB5C has a reinforced turntable and modified design for mounting on trucks with a short wheelbase.
• Shallow installation dimensions mean good ground clearance in transport mode.
• Blade made from strong material.
• New type of mounting on the truck frame with shafts as guides eliminates the need for welding during assembly. Welding is now only necessary on the HB5C when adjusting the turntable angle on the truck concerned.
• Mounting compatible with most chassis heights.
• Easy installation means short installation time.
