Mählers shifts up a gear in Norway to meet the increased sales

Mählers Norge AS has had steady growth since the start in 2014 and is now one of the market’s leading snow plow manufactures. To meet the increased sales and to further increase availability for Sweden’s most important neighbor, Mählers now employs a service technician and a sales manager in Norway.

Tor Olav Finnstun is employed as a service technician and he previously worked at Ekspert Maskinutleie AS as a service technician and installer for cranes, rental machines and construction machines.

“With Tor Olav, we will be able to give our customers in Norway even better service and support”, says Roar Wehn, sales and marketing manager at Mählers AS and Mählers AB.

Tor Olav will be in contact with Mählers and Rasco’s service points throughout Norway and provide service and support so that the customer’s equipment is always ready to use.

“I go where it is needed and spare parts are in my service car, at our warehouse in Trondheim, in Sweden and at our service partners. We work to ensure that the customer gets their parts delivered as quickly as possible”, says Tor Olav.

To meet the steadily growing demand, 23-year-old Markus Wehn is strengthening the sales organization and he will be responsible for sales in northern Norway. Markus most recently came from the position as sales manager for office furniture and is now looking forward to being part of Mähler’s continued journey in Norway.

”I have had the chance to spend a few weeks on the road with former sales manager in northern Norway, Per Hugo Mikalsen. I feel that we have a very wide and good range of products, but I think that the focus on improvement, development and innovation is very exciting”, says Markus Wehn.

Markus will be based in Trondheim and will mainly be responsible for the Steinkjer-Kirkenes district.

“Availability is a must for us at Mählers, regardless of whether it is about sales or support, as we know how important every minute is for our customers. With the reinforcement of Tor Olav and Markus, we will be able to continue to be the flexible and accessible partner”, concludes Roar Wehn.
